Molwch yr Arglwydd, can's da yw (Moliennwch Dduw ein Llywydd)

SALM 106 / Psalm 106

(Moli Duw am ei drugaredd, a deisyfa ei ras.)
Molwch yr Arglwydd, can's da yw,
  Moliennwch Dduw y Llywydd;
Oblegid ei drugaredd fry
  A bery yn dragywydd.

Yr Arglwydd, pwy all draethu ei nerth,

  A'i holl dirion-ferth foliant?

A wnel gyfiawnder, gwyn eu byd,

  Ei farn i gyd a gadwant.

O Arglwydd, cofia fi dy was,
  Yn ol dy ras i'r eiddod;
Ymwel â mi, i'm cystudd caeth,
  A'th iachawdwriaeth barod.
Edmwnd Prys 1544-1623

Tôn [MS 8787]: Moliant (<1835)

gwelir: Molwch yr Arglwydd can's da yw (Salm 107)

(Praising God for his mercy, and the scheme of his grace.)
Praise the Lord, for he is good,
  Extol God the Governor;
Because of his mercy above
  Which shall continue in eternity.

The Lord, who can expound his strength,

  And praise his tenderness?

Whoever does righteousness, blessed are they,

  Who keep all his judgment.

O Lord, remember my thy servant,
  According to thy grace to thy own;
Visit me, to my affliction of captivity,
  With thy ready salvation.
tr. 2015 Richard B Gillion
PSAL. CVI.
1 O Render thanks to God above,
    the fountain of eternal love;
  Whose mercy firm through ages past
    has stood, and shall for ever last.

2 Who can his mighty deeds express,
    not only vast but numberless
  What mortal eloquence can raise
    his tribute of immortal praise

3 Happy are they, and only they,
    who from thy judgments never stray:
  Who know what's right, nor only so,
    but always practice what they know.

4 Extend to me that favour, Lord,
    thou to thy chosen dost afford:
  When thou return'st to set them free,
    let thy salvation visit me.
